Carrie O'Toole adopted her son from Vietnam not knowing he had Reactive Attachment Disorder. She shares her personal story including how she knew "something" was wrong and how she reached out for help. But everyone involved told her, "just get him home and you'll all be fine". Carrie also defines the exact day that everything changed for her and watched her son become part of another family. She is a RAD mom, author and and became a coach after living through her experience.
